1. Overview
These Terms govern sponsorship agreements between Visual Binary Ltd and sponsoring organisations.
2. Sponsorship Model
Visual Binary offers flexible, rolling sponsorship opportunities, including:
- Placement within interactive lessons
- Inclusion in email campaigns
- Featured listings in the tool catalogue
All placements are clearly labelled “Sponsored partnership.”
3. Pricing & Payment
- Sponsorship fees are agreed based on visibility, exposure, and audience size at the time of agreement
- Payments are made monthly in advance via Stripe
- Monthly payments are non-refundable
4. Annual Plans
Discounted annual plans may be offered.
If cancelled early:
- Refunds may be issued on a pro-rata basis
- Charges will apply for months already delivered
5. No Performance Guarantees
Visual Binary does not guarantee:
- Traffic volume
- Conversions or engagement
- Specific business outcomes
6. Content & Approval
- Sponsors may review and approve factual accuracy of content referencing their product
- Final editorial control remains with Visual Binary
- Visual Binary may adapt content to align with platform standards and educational goals
7. Suitability & Restrictions
Visual Binary reserves the right to:
- Decline or remove sponsorships at its discretion
- Enforce category exclusions where applicable
8. Use of Brand Assets
Sponsors grant Visual Binary a non-exclusive right to use logos, trademarks, and product materials for the duration of the sponsorship.
9. Termination
- Monthly sponsorships renew automatically unless cancelled
- Cancellation must be made before the next billing cycle
- Visual Binary may terminate agreements if sponsors breach these Terms
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visual Binary Ltd is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of revenue or business opportunity
- Performance of sponsored placements
11. Amendments
These Terms may be updated. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
